There are no restrictions on the number of users or seats you can have with Attest.
We have a credit-based model, where we count a credit as an answer to one survey question from one person.For example, a 10 question survey to 10 people would equal 100 credits.
Yes, a qualifying question uses up credits just like any other question. However, only for the people who actually qualify for your survey, not for everyone who answers that question.
You can top up throughout the year when needed, however it is 10% less cost-effective to do so. We’d ideally aim to build a plan which gives you everything you need so this doesn’t happen.
Your credit allowance will not roll over after the 12-month period, so we’d aim to build a plan which gives you everything you need.
At Attest, we don’t charge any premium for reaching more specific audiences, so no matter how niche your audience gets, the cost per credit remains constant. You may find the length of time for your survey to complete to be impacted for harder to reach audiences however, so please be mindful of this for your project timelines.
Our expert team will work with you on surveys to make sure that the sample size and audience targeting is achievable. For whatever reason should your survey not complete, you have the ability to pause/close the survey and will be refunded for the remaining answers.
