# Data Processing Agreement

Our Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) sets out the personal data that Attest will process on your behalf when you use the Attest Service, and each party’s obligations in relation to that data.

The DPA is designed to reflect Attest’s set-up and our platform so can’t be amended. Please reach out to your Attest contact in the event you have any specific questions.
